Output

A laser Start signal has been input
while the branch shutter or time
branch unit is moving.
The laser output is below 0.3 J.
Reconfirm the upper limit of the set
value. Change the upper limit.
Verify the lower limit setting or the
flash lamp. Change the setting or
replace the flash lamp.
ON
Check the three-phase input power
wiring.
ON
Memory backup lithium battery
charge is low. Replace the battery.
ON
The input power setting is beyond
the maximum capacity (voltage,
pulse width, repetition rate). The
setting will be restored to the values
before the change.
ON
Cooler pump is overloaded. Check
Deionized water path for blockage.
ON
Frequent condition change activates
the thermostat inside the capacitor
bank. Increase the interval of the
condition changes. The cooling fan
motor's air filter is clogged in the rear
of the laser. This caused the
overheating of the power supply.
Clean the filter.
ON
Laser is turned on but no current is
flowing in the flash lamp. Replace
the defective lamp.
ON
Current is flowing to the flash lamp,
but the laser is turned off. Probable
defective power supply. Contact
Unitek Miyachi.
