If any of the Schedule 1, 2, 3 and 4 signals are not input, schedule 0 is set.
When using two or more schedules, use from schedule 0.
If BANK ALARM (Capacitor bank trouble) is indicated, check the voltage difference
caused by change of the schedule and the discharge cycle time to see if the latter time
is proper.
