Turning Power ON and OFF (continued)
Turn the key-switch to the ON position. The
display screen will read as shown to the right.
The data fields are as follows:
WATER: Indicates the temperature of
the cooling water. The water tempera-
ture starts rising after you turn on the
control key-switch. It does not rise
when you turn on only the MAIN
POWER switch.
DEIONIZE: Indicates the resistance level of the deionized water. READY or NOT
READY will be displayed according to the resistance level, as follows:

WATER TEMPERATURE: Indicates the temperature of the deionized water. LOW,
NORMAL or HIGH will be displayed according to the temperature level, as follows:
LOW:
NORMAL:
HIGH:
Note: Since the deionized water temperature is not fixed when
operation is started, the NORMAL indication is displayed when
the water temperature rises to 27°C (46.4°F). NORMAL is still
indicated even if the deionized water temperature drops to 25°C.
LASER POWER MONITOR: Indicates the state of the power monitor unit sensor.
READY or NOT READY will be displayed according to the state of the power monitor
unit, as follows:
