Maintenance Screen (continued)
MODE: MODE:OFF should normally
be showing. With MODE:ON
showing, the laser is in the
maintenance mode. The following
conditions apply:
The pulse duration time of the flash
lamp may be set for adjustment of
oscillation.
The screen cannot be changed with the MENU key.
The laser bean can be emitted only with the LASER START/STOP key on the
control pendant.
All branch shutters are closed.
The power monitor is not operative and the upper and lower power limits are not
detected.
The output for remote control is inoperative.
VOLT: The field is fixed at 300V and cannot be changed.
TIME: This field is used for setting the pulse duration of the flash lamp. The settable
range is 0.6 ms - 2.0 ms. The field can be accessed only when MODE:ON (maintenance
mode on) is showing. The contents of the SCHEDULE set on the schedule/monitor
screen are not affected by the TIME value.
DEIONIZE: This field displays the resistance of the deionized cooling water.
This field enables you to reset the total number of flash lamp pulses.
GOOD COUNT RESET: This field allows you to reset the number of good flash lamp
pulses.
Status Screen. The data fields in the
status screen (Figure 2-11) are as follows:
PANEL CONTROL: This field may
indicate one of three control methods.
The other two methods are
EXTERNAL CONTROL and RS-422
CONTROL.
