6.4.2 Refund transaction on a Contactless Card.

When a customer presents their contactless card/payment-enabled device, the terminal will
process the transaction.
Based on the card type settings, the terminal may prompt the customer for either a PIN
or signature. This is a Customer Verification Method (CVM).
Where a signature is required, the terminal will prompt for the customer's signature.

Next Step
The customer can present their card/payment device
to the terminal by tapping, inserting, or swiping.
Ask the customer to enter their PIN on the terminal and press
'ENTER'. Or when a valid Credit Card is presented, PIN entry
can be skipped by just pressing 'ENTER'.
