Installing an MT30 or MT70 external scale

External scales can be both practical and useful if you send large volumes of mail such as parcels and
packages.
1. If you are using the integrated scale that is located on top of the machine, remove the scale by it
lifting off.
2. Fit the blanking plate on the device where the scale was located.
