17. You can continue to add additional services if necessary. Tap Apply to continue.
18. Tap Print.
You may be prompted to enter the Sender phone number, company name or email address

(required for some services). When complete, tap Continue.
19. At the Label Options screen you may need to select what label size you would like to print. This
depends on what type of label printer you have connected and the service you are using to send
your mailpiece. You can also add an optional memo which will be printed on the label. You can add
up to 25 characters in the memo.
Important: If you wish to print a sample label first, tap the Print Sample button.
20. Tap Print again and the label prints.
21. The carrier screen reappears. You can now print another label.

Tracking a shipment

You can locate the tracking number for a Parcel Shipping label by using the Shipping History button on
the Home screen. You can then use that tracking number to locate the shipment.
1. Tap Shipping History in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.
2. Locate the parcel you wish to track in the list.
3. Enter the tracking number in Royal Mail's or ParcelForce's website
(https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) or (https://www.parcelforce.com/track-
trace).
