Alarms: Process, Service, Fault and Data Valid

There are three (3) process relay alarms, (1) fault alarm and (1) data alarm.
Process alarms are activated when the process reading levels, based on user-
defined settings, have been exceeded.
Service alarms activate when there is a hardware malfunction and the ana-
lyzer is not operating correctly.
Data Valid alarms activate when there is a hardware malfunction or when
the output may not be reflective of the process, for example during Warm up,
Calibration, or Diagnostics modes.
