Open the battery door on the lower right side of the monitor.
Pull the battery straight out by the battery strap.
Installing the battery in the monitor is the last step of any reassembly. Do not install
Stand the fully assembled monitor upright.
Insert the battery with the battery name down. Make sure that it is all the way in.
Close the battery door.
Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The self-test display should appear,
followed by the standard display.
Check the battery gauge to verify the charge state of the battery.
Perform operational and safety tests as applicable.
