The motor shaft flux increases gradually. The motor shaft
starts rotating immediately once the Run command is
given.
After a Run command the motor will be magnetised first
and the stator resistance is
motor time constant and the size of the motor it can take up
to 1.3 s before the motor shaft starts to rotate. This will pro-
vide better control of the motor when starting.
