Canister cleaning

Canister cleaning with fresh water
Cleaning the canisters with fresh water reduces
the spraying mixture concentration.
1. Open the lid of the illuviation valve.
1. Close valve A.
2. Open valve B fitting.
3. Close valve 3.
4. Open valve 4.
5. Turn the lever 6 up to fresh water pump. Water
is suctioned from the fresh water tank.
6. Set valve 5 to illuviation valve.
7. Turn the switch-over ball valve of the illuvia-
tion valve to the position for sucking-off.
8. Turn the lever 7 up to Suction to switch on the
pump.
9. Operate lever G on the fitting of the illuviation
valve to activate canister flushing.
10. Place the canister over the canister flushing,
press down and turn for at least 30 seconds.
11. Operate lever G on the fitting of the illuviation
valve to switch off canister flushing.
12. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing
gun.
13. Have the illuviation valve completely sucked
off and close the switch-over ball valve
again.
14. Move lever 7 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
15. Move lever 6 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
16. Close valve 4.
17. Close valve B.
18. Open valve A.
19. Close the lid of the illuviation valve.

NOTE
Water or chemical emerges from the canister
flushing nozzle, when the pressure plate is
pressed down.
Empty preparation containers
Thoroughly wash out empty preparation con-

tainers, make them unusable, collect then and
dispose of according to regulations. Do not
use for other purposes.
Close the lid of the illuviation valve again after
all preparations have been flushed in and the
illuviation valve and all tanks have been cleaned.
Swivel the illuviation valve again upward to the
transport position with the handle.
