Operation

Whenever working on the machine
pay attention to the associated safety
notes in the chapter "Safety and
prevention of accidents" as well as
the accident prevention instructions!

Commissioning

WARNING
Dropping or lowering machine parts can cause
severe crushing injuries etc.!
Instruct persons to leave the danger zone.

Comply with the accident prevention instruc-

tions.
The attachment must be hitched to a truck.
The truck must be equipped with an appropriate
bracket device.
It consists of retaining plates bolted to the frame
of the truck.
The bracket device is mounted at the factory on
the frame of the carrier vehicle.
For this purpose the carrier vehicle must be
delivered.
The attachment is placed on the retaining plates
and secured with bolts.
The retaining plates are designed so that the
fifth-wheel plate can remain on the tractor. The
retaining plates can also remain on the truck
when used with a semi-trailer.
NOTE
Preparation of the carrier
vehicle

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic connection on the tank side con-
sists of one free half of the screw coupling DN 20
(Art. No. 00110841) each for the pressure and
the tank connection.
On the vehicle side it must be ensured with a
fixed half of the screw coupling DN 20 (Art. No.
00110840) or DN 25 (Art. No. 00110904) that the
carrier vehicle is compatible with the HORSCH
Shuttle.

Filtration
The user must ensure that the hydraulic circuit
is fitted with a filter.
Use a filter grade of 25 µm.
