Hydraulic system limits
Volume flow rate (l/min)
Hydraulic pressure (bar)
To prevent exceeding the maximum volume flow
rate of the hydraulic oil, the speed of the diesel
engine is restricted when the following require-
ments are met:
power take-off activated,
parking brake of the carrier vehicle engaged.
A regulator serves as pressure guard and pro-
tects the hydraulic system of the Shuttle against
damages from overload.
CAUTION
Danger of machine damage to the hydraulic
system.
Excessive speed of the diesel engine and resul-
ting excessive volume flow rate cause thermal
problems on the controller.
Check the diesel engine of the truck at a
¾
specialist workshop if the speed of the diesel
engine rises higher than normally with the
power take-off switched on.

The system voltage of the carrier vehicle is
24 V, the electronic level indicator TankControl
requires an input voltage of 12 V. The supply
voltage of TankControl is also taken from the
15-pin connector and lowered with the help of
a voltage converter.
