11. Close the switch-over ball valve of the
illuviation valve again.
12. Move lever 7 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
13. The process may need to be repeated if
the required preparation could not be filled
in during a single process.
14. Pre-clean the illuviation valve with the
rinsing nozzles D.
15. Turn the lever 7 up to Suction to flush the
content of the illuviation valve into the
spraying mixture container.
16. Open the switch-over ball valve of the
illuviation valve and have the contents
sucked off.
17. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing
gun.
18. Have the illuviation valve completely sucked
off and close the switch-over ball valve
again.
19. Move lever 7 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
20. Move lever 6 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
21. Close valve 4.
22. Close the lid of the illuviation valve.
23. After illuviation, connect the filling hose at
the front connection of the spraying mixture
container.
24. Close valve B.
25. Open valve A.
26. Turn the lever 7 down to Press to mix the
spraying mixture until the crop protection
sprayer can be filled. Control the pump
speed with lever C. The speed must not be
too high.
Flushing in powdery preparations

Close valve A.

Open valve B.

Close valve 3.

Open valve 4.

Turn the lever 6 up to fresh water pump. Water
is suctioned from the fresh water tank.

Set valve 5 to illuviation valve.
7.
Open the lid of the illuviation valve.
8.
Turn the switch-over ball valve of the illu-
viation valve to the position for sucking-off.

Turn the lever 7 up to Suction to flush the con-
tent of the illuviation valve into the spraying
mixture container. Adjust the pump speed
with lever C.
10. Operate lever D to activate the rinsing
nozzle.
11. Operate the lever E to activate the shock
nozzle.
12. Fill the preparation quantity calculated and
measured for filling the tank slowly into the
illuviation valve.
13. Once all preparations have been flushed in,
deactivate the shock nozzle E and pre-clean
the illuviation valve with the rinsing nozzles D.
14. Clean the illuviation valve with the washing
gun.
15. Have the illuviation valve completely sucked
off and close the switch-over ball valve
again.
16. Move lever 7 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
17. Move lever 6 to the centre position to turn
off the pump again.
18. Close valve 4.
19. Close the lid of the illuviation valve.
20. After illuviation, connect the filling hose at
the front connection of the spraying mixture
container.
21. Close valve B.
22. Open valve A.
23. Turn the lever 7 down to Press to mix the
spraying mixture until the crop protection
sprayer can be filled. Control the pump
speed with lever C. The speed must not be
too high.
