Remove nuts
Alternately loosen screws
Take off the cylinder head. Remove the cylinder head gasket.

Carefully pull off the cylinder.
Make sure that the two pins remain in place. Remove the cylinder base gasket.

Remove piston pin retainer

Do not damage the groove of the oil scraper ring!
Remove the piston pin and take off the piston.

Loosen special tool
Engine blocking screw (61229015000) (
Keep the timing chain tensioned.
Continue turning the crankshaft counterclockwise until markings
camshafts are flush with the edge of the cylinder head.
Screw special tool

Remove screw
Pull out timing chain tensioner

with the washers.
