16.3.11 Removing the cylinder head (125 Duke)

16.3.12 Removing the piston (125 Duke)

Remove screws
304444-10
Release screws
Take off the cylinder head.

Take off the cylinder head gasket
Remove dowels

Remove timing chain guide rail

Push the cylinder upward.
Info
Push the cylinder upward only far enough to allow removal of the piston pin.
Remove piston pin retainer
Remove the piston pin.
Take off the cylinder with the piston.
Push the piston upward out of the cylinder.

If no other work is required on the cylinder and the piston, you can leave the
piston in the cylinder.
