Check pressure piece
for damage and wear.

If there is damage or wear:

Change the push rod.

Place push rod
on a level surface and check it for run-out.

If there is run-out:
–
Change the push rod.
–
Check axial bearing
for damage and wear.
»
If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the axial bearing.
–
Check the length of clutch springs
Clutch spring - length
»
If the clutch spring length is less than the specified value:
–
Change all clutch springs.
–
Check the contact surface of pressure cap
»
If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the pressure cap.
–
Check the contact surfaces of the clutch facing discs in outer clutch hub
Outer clutch hub - contact surface of clutch facing discs
Wear limit
»
If the contact surface is very worn:
–
Change the clutch facing discs and the outer clutch hub.
–
Check needle bearing
»
If there is damage or wear:
–
Change the needle bearing.
–
Check the intermediate clutch discs
»
If the intermediate clutch discs are not level and have pittings:
–
Change all intermediate clutch discs.
