PID constant setting is possible. Direct direction (Dir) and reverse
direction (ruS) are settable individually. Easy adjusting is also
possible. For adjustment, see "■Improved Controllability".
Although PID constant is automatically adjusted during span
adjustment, direct direction (Dir) and reverse direction (ruS) are
settable individually.
Procedure
1 Hold down the set button (
