Performs a device reset and the following:
Sets OCIS state
Sets OQIS state
OCIS = Operation−complete Command Idle State. This is the same state as after *OPC: no further
operations to complete.
OQIS = Operation−complete Query Idle State. This is the same state as after *OPC?: no further
operations to complete.
These idle states allow the 8033 to complete its reset process (no operations pending) before con−
tinuing with other operations.
