Places an ASCII character 1 into the intrument's Output Queue when all pending operations have
been finished.
1 − when all overlapped commands are complete.
*OPC?
Sets the parallel poll register enable bits for the format required by the 8033 in order that it may
participate in parallel polling from the controller.
The value must be between 0 and 65535. The Parallel Poll Enable Register is logically ANDed with
the Status Byte Register. If the result is non−zero the 'ist' (individual status) message is set true.
