Connection power is missing.

Transport roller or friction roller stick

Friction rollers have no contact to each
other.
Contact pressure of friction rollers is
too low.
Label detection is not correctly
adjusted.
Light barrier is dirty.
Applying pulse is adjusted wrongly.
Foreign material (tool etc.) is in
system.

Remedy
Exchange the label
material in due time.
Load new label material.
Load new label web,
control label web mobility.
Adjust light barrier to new
label web.

Check connection power.
Replace fuse.
