Multifunction Joystick

The joystick is used to raise, lower, extend, retract the
boom, tilt the carriage or attachment.
The joystick is a variable speed control. Function speed
is proportional to handle movement. The more the joy-
stick is moved in the appropriate direction, the faster the
corresponding function will occur.

Increasing engine speed can increase boom lift, extend,
and carriage tilt speeds.
Two boom functions can be performed at the same time
by moving the joystick into the corner between two indi-
vidual functions (Positions B, D, F or H).
