Grundfix Plus-Control – Modell 4987.41
As well as cleaning all components, the casing and the lid, the maintenance procedure includes the subsequent pressure test by
simulating a backflow in accordance with DIN EN 13564.
In the cover of the Grundfix Plus-Control, there is a pressure switch, which gives the signal to close the motor-driven flap when
achieving a defined backpressure in the wastewater pipe of the control unit.
During cleaning work, the cover must not be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner, abrasive cleaning agents, blades or similar
cleaning equipment. In addition, housing, valve mechanism and seals should only be cleaned with a soft brush under running
water to avoid damage to the seals and seal surfaces.
The buttons should only be pressed if the cover is firmly screwed to the Grundfix Plus-Control.
Notes
– Maintenance works are not possible during battery operation as the power loss is too great.
– Only begin work when you have ensured that there is no backflow situation and the drainage fittings in
front of the Grundfix Plus-Control are not being used.
