PROPERTIES OF YOUR DESIGN MULTICOOK
PROFESSIONAL
Your Multicook comes with a variety of useful features that are accessed via the
operating elements on the control panel (buttons, dials, and LCD screen). Due to
the tightly closing seals, with the lid closed, the contents will not overflow or splash
during cooking. If you lock the lid for the PPESSURE COOK function, pressure can
build-up within the heating compartment. By means of the pressure release valve in
the lid, surplus steam can escape during the heating process. For your security, an
additional pressure safety valve ensures that the pressure will not exceed the safe
level.
Because of the special design, with the heating plate arranged within a double-wal-
led heating compartment, and the precise control functions, in comparison to a com-
mon pressure cooker the energy consumption during the cooking process is reduced.
