tow truck and a towing dolly to
prevent the front wheels from
contacting the road.
Caution
If the vehicle is towed with the
front wheels contacting the road,
the vehicle's drive system could
be severely damaged.

Automatic transmission: Do not
tow the vehicle using the towing
eye, the transmission may be
severely damaged.
Manual transmission: The vehicle
may be towed facing forward at a
maximum speed of 80 km/h.
Proper lifting or towing equipment is
necessary when lifting or towing the
vehicle to prevent damage. State
and local laws must be followed.
Note
A driver must be in the vehicle to
steer and operate the brakes.
Release the park brake and
place the shift lever in neutral.
Drive slowly when towing.
When the engine is not running,
considerably more force is
needed to brake and steer.
