2. Target Rate (Manual Mode): While manual mode is enabled the entry shown will
be the entry from the Utilities page. This option is also enabled on the utilities page.
When this mode is enabled, the pump runs at a fixed motor percent speed. This option
does not try to operate at any specific application rate or flow rate and instead keeps
the pump motor running at a fixed speed.
