Use the following information to solve problems on the printer.

Small amount of toner is left in the toner cartridge. Prepare a new cartridge
for replacement. You may temporarily increase the printing quality by

Meaning
The device front cover is open.
The manual feed slot is out of

Tray 1 is out of paper.

Replace the toner cartridge.

Close the device front cover.
Add paper to the manual feed slot.
1. Open tray 1.
2. Add paper to tray 1.
3. Ensure that the paper guides touch the
edges of the loaded paper.
4. Close the tray.
