Cause
Supply voltage
Motor runs normally
Motor overheating
Motor not running
Defective Multibeam
FI setting
One of the two angle
encoders isn't
connected properly
Both angle encoders
aren't connected
properly
Solution
Check supply voltage and fuse.
Mechanical defect in transmission or slot.
Door runs too heavy and/or FI settings.
FOUT and VMAX values, replace the motor.
Check the Multibeam status.
Check the value of the parameters n011 to
n017.
Switch A and B signals of one angle encoder.
Check the encoder status in the menu.
Switch A and B signals of both angle encoders.
Check the encoder status in the menu.
