2. P ull the battery out.
3. P u t in the new battery (C R 2032 or the
equivalent) w ith the positive pole ( + )
facing down.
4. A lign the front and back covers and
snap the transm itter shut.

If you have a problem w ith the keyless
entry system , consult an A uthorized
M azda Dealer.
If y our transm itter is lost or stolen, bring
all rem aining transm itters to an
A uthorized M azda D ealer as soon as
possible for a replacem ent and to m ake
the lost or stolen transm itter inoperative.
A CAUTION
• C hanges or m odifications could
void y o u r right to operate the
keyless entry system.
• D am age to y our keyless entry
system w ill affect the vehicle
w arranty coverage.

T he ignition sw itch m ust be in the ON
position for the pow er w indow s to
operate.
& WARNING
C losine Power Windows:
C losing p o w er w indow s are
dangerous. A p e rso n 's hands, head,
o r even neck cou ld be caught by the
w indow a n d resu lt in serious injury or
even death.
This w arning a pplies especially to
children. M ake sure the opening is
clear before closin g a window.
A CAUTION
To prevent burning out the fuse and
dam aging the pow er w indow system,
d o n 't open or close m ore than two
w indow s at once.
