Parking in an Emergency
T he hazard w arning lights should always
be used w hen you stop on or near a
roadw ay.
T he hazard w arning lights warn other
drivers that your vehicle is a traffic hazard
and that they m ust take extrem e caution
w hen near it.
D epress the hazard w arning sw itch and all
four turn signals w ill flash at once.
N O TE
• T he turn signals d o n 't w ork w hen
the hazard w arning lights are on.
• C heck local regulations about the
use o f hazard w arning lights w hile
the vehicle is being tow ed. They
m ay forbid it.
