Com Ports - COM 1, COM 2, and COM 3
All three of these ports are 9-pin male D-type connectors. Pin 2 is used
to transmit data to other equipment. The analyzer uses Pin 3 to receive
data. Pin 5 is a common ground. All other pins are unused.

= Date (2000-03-23)
= Time (12:23:44)
= Analyzer Serial Number
= Run or Maintenance (Calibration) Mode
= EDL or Single Analysis Mode
= N/A
= Eight digits of error status (0 = Not Error, 1 = Er-
= Name of impurity
= Concentration in ppb x 100
