Troubleshooting – Faults
All faults are listed in the table below in alphabetical order. See also "Alarm Description", page 161.
Fault
Bassinet cannot be set to the
tilted position.
Height adjustment does not
switch off.
Height adjustment not possible.
Red bar LED on control unit is lit.
Continuous audible alarm tone.
Audible alarm cannot be silenced.
Red LED at
symbol flashing,
intermittent alarm tone.
Short beep signal (3X) is sounded.
The yellow LED in the alarm button
is lit.
If any other faults not listed in this table occur, or in case Caleo does not respond as expected: Take unit out of service.
Likely Causes
Motor overheating.
Motor faulty.
Switch faulty or loose contact.
Motor faulty.
Lifting motor overheating.
Lifting motor faulty.
Serious device fault.
Power failure alarm.
While setting a set value, the rotary knob
is not pressed within 20 seconds.
Alarm suppression is active.
Troubleshooting

Remedy
Wait for at least 2 minutes. After this
period, tilting is again possible for a few
seconds (10 %).
The full duty cycle is only available after
a pause of 54 minutes.
Take unit out of service.
