[SETUP] button, then wait until the media warms up.
The heater temperature does not rise to the set temperature when the
[Pre-heater/Print heater] is OFF on the machine.
Media of a narrower width may take a long time to heat because it
increases cooling effect from a suction fan.
In a cold environment, warm up may take a long time or the heater
temperature may fail to reach the preset value. Explain to users to use
the heater where the temperature is 20 to 32 degree °C.
If the electric voltage is low or unstable, the performance of the heater is
not brought out sufficiently.
The temperature of the heater does not rise if the connection cable
between the heater and main board is broken. Check the connection of
the each cable and replace the broken cable.
The temperature of the heater does not rise if the fuse FS4, FS5 and
FS6 is blown out on the heater control board. FS4 for print heater. FS5
and FS6 for pre-heater.
The heater does not work correctly because the signal to the heater is
not transferred correctly.
