Remedy
Correctly set contact pressure (see "Set flow
rate", page 41).
Replace the filter (see Chapter 5.10.2.2, page
72).
Replace pump tubing (see Chapter 5.10.2.1,
page 71).
Clean pump valves (see Chapter 5.5.2, page
57).
Check the eluent path.
Check the eluent path.
Replace (see Chapter 5.5.2, page 57) piston
seals .
Connect pulsation absorber (see Chapter 3.11,
page 33).
Connect pulsation absorber (see Chapter 3.11,
page 33). or replace it.
Connect the suppressor (see Chapter 3.14.1,

Change the eluent (see Chapter 5.4.2.3, Page

Check the flow of the regeneration solution
and the rinsing solution.
Clean the contact surfaces of the column chip
(with alcohol).
