Creating a macro

Create a macro to make the projector perform a specific list of actions.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Automation > Macro Editor.
2. In the right pane, tap Create New Macro.
3. Type a name for the macro.
4. Select the macro type.
5. Tap Create.
6. Add an action item to the macro:
a) In the left pane, expand the My Auditorium list.
b) Select the type of device the macro will apply to.
c) Tap the action item.
7. To test the macro, tap Test.
8. Tap Save.

Running a macro

Run a macro to make the projector perform a specific list of actions.
1. In the right toolbar, tap Run Macro.
2. Tap a macro.

Adding an action item to an existing macro

Add an action item to a macro to have the projector perform an additional action when the macro
runs.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Automation > Macro Editor.
2. In the top right pane, select a macro from the list.
3. Add an action item to the macro:
a) In the left pane, expand the My Auditorium list.
b) Under Automation, Playback, or Projector, select the action item.
4. To save the macro, tap Save.
5. To test the macro, tap Test.

Adding a macro to an existing macro

Combine macros to have the projector complete a complex set of actions.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Automation > Macro Editor.
2. From the list in the top right pane, select a macro.
