Setting the global audio delay

The global audio delay setting increases or decreases the audio delay.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Audio Setup.
2. On the Global Settings tab, in the Global Audio Delay area, select one of these options:
To increase the audio delay, tap Up.
To decrease the audio delay, tap Down.

Setting the audio output rate

Adjust the audio output rate to match the output of the audio device.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Audio Setup.
2. On the Global Settings tab, in the Audio Output Rate area, select one of these options:
Automatic
48 kHz
96 kHz

Mapping channels

Use the Channel Mapping tab to map the Digital Cinema Package (DCP) audio channels to the AES
outputs. Interop is the most common audio setting.
1. In the left navigation menu, tap Service Setup > Audio Setup.
2. Tap the Channel Mapping tab.
3. In the Channel Format list, select an audio format.
The selection in the Channel Format list does not determine the audio format. The content
determines the audio format. For example, if you select SMPTE 7.1 DS and Interop is specified
in the content, the Interop audio settings are applied when the content plays.
4. Select the channel that matches the speaker specified in the Interop Channel Mapping Guide.
5. For any speakers not being used, select Not Used.
6. To test the channel mapping setting, tap Test.
