Creating a macro

Create a macro to make the projector perform a specific list of actions.
1. In the left navigation menu, select Automation > Macro Editor.
2. In the right pane, select Create New Macro.
3. Type a name for the macro.
The Name field cannot contain spaces.
4. Select the macro type.
5. Select Create.
6. Add an action item to the macro:
a) In the left pane, expand the My Auditorium list.
b) Under Automation or Projector, select the action item.
7. To save the macro, select Save.
8. To test the macro, select Test.

Running a macro

Run a macro to have the projector perform a specific list of actions.
1. In the right toolbar of the touch panel, select Run Macro.
2. Select a macro.

Adding an action item to an existing macro

Add an action item to a macro to have the projector perform an additional action when the macro
runs.
1. In the left navigation menu, select Automation > Macro Editor.
2. In the top right pane, select a macro from the list.
3. Add an action item to the macro:
a) In the left pane, expand the My Auditorium list.
b) Under Automation, Playback, or Projector, select the action item.
4. To save the macro, select Save
