6.1 Servicing schedule

The following is a list of maintenance procedures that
must be performed on the ride-on mower. Most points
Maintenance
1. PREPARATIONS
1.1 VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE MACHINE
Check for fuel and oil leakage.
1.2 CHECK OIL LEVEL
Transmission oil level, top up if necessary.
1.3 CHECK SAFETY FEATURES AND TRY TO START THE
PRODUCT.
Inspect and test the brakes.
1.4 CLEAN / WASH FOLLOWING:
Clean around the muffler.
Clean the transmission air intake.
Clean the air filter.
Clean below the cutting deck.
Clean and lubricate the belt tensioner bearings.
Inside frame tunnel.
Around engine (thoroughly!).
Around hydraulic oilcooler.
Around transmission (thoroughly!).
1.5 VISUAL INSPECTION (AFTER CLEANING)
Engine's cooling air intake.
Fuel pump air filter.
Blades.
Check that the PTO belt tension is correct.
Check that the pump belt tension is correct.
Check the cutting deck bolts for the belt pulleys, blades, etc.
Check that the hydraulic hoses and couplings are clean and un-
damaged.
Check joint bearing in articulated unit.
Check the condition of all pulleys on the machine.
1.7 ADJUSTMENTS
Make sure all fastners are properly tensioned (screws, nuts etc).
1.8 LUBRICATE
Driver's seat.
Bearing surfaces on cutting unit.
Lubricate the articulated bearing.
