8. Loosen the locknut (B) on the adjustment screw.
9. Loosen the adjustment screw (C) for the pump belt
fully.
10. Disassemble the belt pulley for the pump belt on the
left side of the product.
11. Remove the snap ring from the pump.
12. Remove the 2 screws that hold the pump belt pulley
to the pump shaft, and remove the pump belt pulley.
13. Release the stay from the pump.
54 - Repair instructions
14. Remove the protection cover from the right side of
the product.
15. Loosen the bolts from the front and rear brackets of
the steering cylinder. Push the steering cylinder to
the side to make it easier to remove the pump.
16. Cut the cable ties that hold the hydraulic hose on the
left side of the pump bracket.
17. Clean the hydraulic couplings. Obey the hydraulic
instructions. Refer to
clean on page 44 .
18. Make marks on the hoses to make it easier to attach
them correctly.
19. Remove the hoses from the pump. Put protection
caps on the hoses to prevent leakage and
contamination.
20. Remove the screws that hold the pump.
