Short Status Report Structure

A short status report contains dynamic diagnostic parameters' information for the IS1001 reader.
It is generated every time an automatic status report is generated. This report is stored in IS1001
reader's internal memory (if Save Status Reports to Memory (MSR) setting is enabled) in a form
of comma separated data values string. IS1001 reader can store up to 1,023 status reports in its
internal memory. The stored reports can be dowloaded using the MED command.
