Installing and Configuring IS1001 Reader
Over-Temperature Protection
The IS1001 reader has a built-in over-temperature protection mechanism that will generate an
alarm message when the temperature inside its enclosure above +65°C is detected.
If the temperature reaches +75°C IS1001 reader will automatically switch into Standby mode to
reduce the amount of heat it is generating and will switch back into Scan mode once the
temperature drops below +70°C.
