To run the CONFIGUR program for
a
parallel printer:
•
Check to be sure that' you've made a copy of your Word Processing disk
and put the or iginal away in a safe place
•
Check that the Directory Menu of Drive A is on the screen
•
Press the
H
key
•
Type CONFIGUR and press RETURN
•
Type A for the SOURCE disk name
•
Type
A
for the DESTINATION disk name
The main menu will be displayed as follows:
System Configuration - Version 0.00
Copyright (c) 1982, XEROX Corporation
Enter number of function to be executed. Upon completion of the
selected function the program will return to this menu.
Touch ESC when all desired selections have been made.

Select Printer Port Options

Select Comm Port Options
4)
Select I/O Device Assignments
5)
Select Keyboard Data Format
6)
Select Screen Attributes
7)
Select Floppy Disk Head Step Rate (floppy disk only)
OR
Configure Rigid Disk (when a rigid disk is attached)
