PREPARING TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON A NEW 820-n
Your 820-11 Personal Computer comes with an 820-11 Diagnostic Exerciser disk in the disk
drive box. You can use this disk to check that your system
is
in proper working order. The
disk will check the different components of the system and display a message if it finds a
malfunction.
It's a good idea to check your system when you first install it.
If
you experience any
problems while using the system, you can use the 820-11 Diagnostic Exerciser disk to check
the system and find out if it needs to be
serviced (repaired).
If
you have just installed a new 820-11 proceed with the steps below.
If
you've already used
the 820-11 turn to page 15-5.

COMPARE your disk drive unit to the illustration below to determine what type of
drive you have.
