1. How to Handle Request for Maintenance

General Troubleshooting Flowchart

Find out the situation according to the following procedure when there is a request for service
from the customer.
Wait until
power failure
is over.
Is there a
Doesn't run at all
power

The fan comes on
but the
compressor
doesn't run.
Cooling starts but
stops right away.
The unit won't run

after stopping.
