INSTALL THE CENTER RACK CONTROL

NOTE: Model year 2010 and newer sprayers have single weatherpack connectors built into the machine's
harness cable. If these connectors are present, the center rack control adapter cables are not needed.
Skip steps 2 - 4 and 8 - 10 in the procedure below.
1. Locate the Center Up coil on the machine's hydraulic valve.
2. Unplug the coil connector form the Center Up coil.
3. Install a center rack control adapter cable (P/N 115-0230-077) on the machine's Center Up coil.
4. Connect the machine's coil connector to the 3-pin end of the boom sense adapter cable.
5. Connect the female weatherpack end of the cable that is connected to the Center Up coil to Center Solenoid
Up Control harness connection.
6. Plug the male weatherpack end of the cable to the Center Solenoid Up Sense harness connection.
7. Locate the Center Down coil on the machine's hydraulic valve.
8. Unplug the coil connector from the Center Down coil.
9. Install a center rack control adapter cable (P/N 115-0230-077) on the machine's Center Down coil.
10. Connect the machine's coil connector to the 3-pin end of the boom sense adapter cable.
11. Connect the female weatherpack end of the cable that is connected to the Center Down coil to Center Solenoid
Down Control harness connection.
12. Plug the male weatherpack end of the cable to the Center Solenoid Down Sense harness connection.

INSTALL THE OPEN CENTER CONNECTION

1. Locate the machine's open center directional coil.
2. Disconnect the directional coil connector from the coil, located on the back of the machine's hydraulic valve.
3. Install the 2-pin open center valve cable (P/N 115-0230-075) on the directional coil connection.
NOTE: Model year 2010 and newer sprayers have the connectors built into the machine's harness cable. If
these connectors are present, the 2-pin open center valve cable is not needed. Instead, use the
existing connectors on the machine's harness cable.
4. Plug the open center single weatherpack connector on the installed cable to the Open Center connection on
the AutoBoom harness cable (P/N 115-0230-045 - Raven, 115-0230-085 or 115-0230-095 - Top Air).
