3-7 HYDRAULIC FOLD ASSEMBLY (FOLD MODELS ONLY)
3-7.1
Attach base of fold cylinders to anchors on
main frame.
3-7.2
Position the two cross tees at the front
frame after assembling Hoses A and B in op-
posite sides and Hose C in the back (See
Figure 3-7 and Table 3-3).
3-7.3
Attach a swivel tee to the other ends of
Hose C and Hoses A and B into the ends of
the swivel tee.

Connect top hoses to rod end cylinder
ports and bottom hoses to cylinder base
ports. Use restrictor elbows in all fold cylin-
der ports.

Attach wing fold brackets to wings with a
hinge pivot bolt and hex lock nut (See Fig-
ure 3-2).
3-7.6
Extend cylinders and attach rod clevis to
fold brackets by inserting a hinge pivot bolt
thru a wing fold bracket, 2 flat washers, the
cylinder rod clevis, a roller, the rod clevis, 2
flat washers, and the other wing fold bracket.
Secure with a hex lock nut, but leave free to
rotate (See Figure 3-2).
