TER GANGS, AND PULL HITCH) MANU-
ALLY. USE A HOIST OR A FORK LIFT
TO MOVE THESE PARTS INTO POSI-
TION.
3-2.1 Bolt frame halves together using 5/8-11 x
2" hex head cap screws and hex lock nuts
(See Figure 3-2).
3-2.2 Install wings using hinge pivot bolts and
1-8 hex lock nuts (See Figure 3-2).
3-2.3 Install slow moving vehicle mounting angle
at top rear hole of frame halves (See Figure
3-2). Install SMV socket using hardware pro-
vided.
3-2.4 Block frame and wing assembly up ap-
proximately 36" high in an open level area.
3-2.5 Install center shank mount with u-bolts
5/8-11 hex lock nuts between frame halves
(See Figure 3-2) (Refer to Figures 2-1
through 2-6 for location). Tighten joining
bolts and u-bolts to recommended torque
making sure center shank mount is square
with frame.
3-2.6 Mark tool assembly and wing support cen-
ter lines on frame. (See Figures 2-1
through 2-6).
