9. Assemble the wheel. Refer to
assemble the wheel hub on page 30 .
10. Fill the transmission oil tank until the oil is at the
maximum level. The product must be level and the
oil must have a temperature of approximately 20 °C.
11. Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to
drive system on page 50 .
12. Start the product and do a check for an oil leak from
the new shaft seals.
13. Do a check of the oil level and if it is necessary fill
the transmission oil tank after the test run.
9.5.16 Hydrostatic transmission cable
9.5.16.1 To remove the hydrostatic transmission cable
1. Remove the frame tunnel cover. Refer to
and install the frame tunnel cover on page 25 .
2. Loosen the cable locknut for the front hydrostatic
transmission ¼ turn and remove the locking spring.
3. Remove the cable clamp for the front hydrostatic
transmission that is attached below the frame tunnel
cover.
4. Remove the transmission cover. Refer to
and install the transmission cover on page 27 .

5. Remove the locking spring and the ball joint (A) on
the rear hydrostatic transmission cable from the arm.
Remove the rear clamp(B).

6. Lift off the front ball joint and pull out the cable.
7. Lift out the hydrostatic transmission cable and the
ball joint.
8. Loosen the 2 ball joints from the hydrostatic
transmission cable.
9. Pull out the hydrostatic transmission cable.
9.5.16.2 To assemble the hydrostatic transmission cable
1. Attach the front link joint onto the new hydrostatic
transmission cable (A) and tighten the locknut (B).

2. Push the new cable through the frame in the same
routing as the used cable.
3. Push the cable sheath into the front bracket below
the frame tunnel cover.
