The measured value is exceeding the input
OFL1
range to the minus side.
The measured value is exceeding the input
OFL2
range to the plus side.
OFL3 The indicated value is below -99999.
OFL4 The indicated value is above +99999.
The sensitivity registering value is exceeding
E-00
the specified range.
E-01 RAM Failure
E-02 Flash memory Failure
E-03 TEDS Failure
Contents Countermeasures
Decrease the input signal.
Use the input signal within ±3.2 mV/V.
Decrease the input signal or reset the sensitivity
registering value.
Use the sensitivity registering value 10000 or less
per 0.1 mV/V.
Failure
Contact KYOWA or our representatives for
repair.
Check that the TEDS transducer is correctly
connected.
