PUMP STAND VALVES

Seed Treatment Source Valve:
This valve controls where the pump is drawing liquid
from. It allows liquid to be pulled from either the bottom of the mix tank or the
calibration tube.

Air Actuated 3-Way Valve:
This valve is controlled from the touch screen and will
automatically actuate during normal operation. An internal spring holds the valve in
the "recirculation" position so that when the valve is not actuated, the chemical will be
directed to flow back to the Mix Tank. When the valve is actuated, the supplied air
pressure will override the spring and move the valve to the "process" position.
Chemical flow will then be directed towards the treater's atomizer chamber.
